My time is winding down. I have s lot of pictures to post but most involve students. As I am prohibited from posting photos of students I am going to have to wait until I am back in Canada to regale you all with them. We recently had a big festival in town and everyone was there. I was mauled all day long and dragged around by students to various places! Here is one of those students disguised as some character from Anpanman.The hawks in town have also been using my railing as a lookout. This is fine because they keep the damn noisy ravens away. I got this picture before it flew away. This bastard woke me up with its loud cries. Sorry it was taken through a dirty window, which has since been cleaned.... slightly.

I got CRAZY informed

So my flights and hotel are all booked. Sorry for the tease Jordan, but we will still get together and I promise to spend money on you. I get to stay in a swanky hotel as a bonus, the brand new Shinigawa Prince Hotel . I don`t know what to do first. Enjoy the pool and sauna, or the aquarium. The upside is, I should get to the hotel by 5pm, so I have all night to have fun. My flight doesn`t leave until 5pm the next day. For those who need to know, I will be landing in Toronto at 3:30 pm on Sunday, August 9th.

Happiness is coming to Monbetsu

Oh, I almost forgot. My favourite place to eat in Japan is almost open. This will double the livability of this city at least. I am going to have a good week or Teriyaki burgers before I come home. I hope my heart can take it.
